Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your Beacon kit. If it isn't right for you, here's how returns work.

Returns within 14 days (unopened)

If your kit or product is unopened, with all factory seals intact, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fee applies.

Returns after 14 days, or opened kits (15% restocking fee)

Kits that have been opened, or any unused item returned between 15 and 30 days after delivery, may be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. All supplies must be unused and complete, and the case must be undamaged. Returns are not accepted more than 30 days after delivery.

Items we cannot accept

• Used or consumed supplies
• Opened medication packets or opened sterile items
• Restock pouches that have been opened

For safety reasons, medical supplies that have left our control unsealed cannot be resold, so these items are final sale.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't issue a refund for a return we don't receive.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

How to start a return

Email dan@beaconmedprep.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and most banks post them within 5–10 business days.
