These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beaconmedicalpreparedness.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Beacon Medical Preparedness ("Beacon," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Kit contents, brands, and packaging may change slightly as suppliers update their products; when we substitute an item, we use one of equal or better quality. Product colors and images on screen may vary from the physical item.

2. Medical disclaimer

Our products and website content are provided for preparedness and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical care, training, or advice. In an emergency, call 911. 3. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors; if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Tax-exempt organizations may provide an exemption certificate before ordering.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

5. Workplace compliance

Where we state that a product meets or exceeds OSHA 1910.151(b) or ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021, that statement refers to the product's contents as shipped. Employers remain responsible for assessing their own workplace hazards, keeping supplies stocked and in date, and training their personnel.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, and the Beacon name, is owned by Beacon Medical Preparedness and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beacon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
